摘　　要：目前国内口腔医生对外胚叶发育不全儿童患者的早期修复仍以活动式义齿为主,而牙齿缺失时咀嚼功能刺激不足常导致牙槽骨萎缩和支持骨丧失,所以此类患者义齿的固位性和稳定性常受到影响。早期修复对儿童患者的功能恢复、美观改善、心理健康促进方面具有重要的临床意义,可为儿童咀嚼、言语和面部发育提供必要条件。数十年来国际文献中关于儿童外胚叶发育不全患者接受早期种植修复的回顾性分析和病例报道数见不鲜,但国内资料中相对空缺,本文回顾了外胚叶发育不全儿童患者接受种植修复后的病例报告和追踪随访,综合分析成功病例的相关因素,为国内口腔医生开展早期种植修复工作提供参考,进而为患者提供更优质的治疗方案,提高其生活质量。At present the restoration of children with ectodermal dysplasia(ED)by domestic dentists is still dominated by removable dentures.The congenital absence of teeth often leads to a deficit of functional stimulation,resulting in alveolar bone atrophy and an absence of supporting bone,thereby the problems of retention and stability need to be solved urgently.Early restoration of ED in patients with functional recovery and aesthetic improvement is of great clinical significance,providing opportunities for children's speech,chewing,swallowing and facial development.For decades in the international literature the cases in ED children with early implant restoration have been reported endlessly,but the domestic relative vacancies.This article reviews the case reports and tracking progress of ED children undergoing implant restoration,analyzes the correlation and puts forward the feasibility,then provides reference to the dentist for early implant restoration and provides patients with more treatment options.
