摘　　要：新技术、新业态、新模式的出现冲击了地方本科院校的传统电子商务教学模式,加剧了专业教学师资薄弱、教学目标定位偏移、教学手段滞后与教学体系孤立分散化等弊端。随着行业发展进程的不断深化,其对新型本科院校的人才培养提出实践型、复合型、应用型、创新型的明确要求。引入“互联网+”与CDIO工程教育理念共同构建新型本科电子商务实践教学体系,内外并进打造双向师资团队,重构人才培养目标,创新实践教学手段,从而实现人才培养质量的提高。The emergence of new technologies, operation performances and business models has raised new demands on talent training for e-commerce specialty in new undergraduate education, which is practical, compound, applied and innovative. Based on the concept of Internet Plus model and CDIO engineering education, the article analyzes the disconnection between teaching and practice existing for e-commerce education in professional teachers, objectives, methods and systems, explores a new type of undergraduate e-commerce practice teaching system by building a two-way teacher team inside and outside, reconstructing talent training goals, innovating practical teaching methods, so as to improve the quality of talent training for e-commerce specialty in new undergraduate education.
