瓶级聚酯共混高流动母粒的性能研究

摘　　要：为改善瓶级聚酯后加工过程中的流动性能,提高瓶坯的生产效率和质量,开发了一种高流动母粒。以特性黏度为0.875 dL/g的瓶级切片作为母粒基体,加入适量的润滑剂及调色剂,通过双螺杆共混、造粒制备出高流动母粒。采用哈克流变仪和瓶坯注塑机研究了不同母粒添加量的瓶级聚酯的流变性能和后加工应用性能,结果表明:在试验范围内,随着高流动母粒添加量的增加,熔体流动性增加,ηa下降,n增大且小于1,均表现为切力变稀假塑性流体;注塑实验表明,当添加量达到4%时,促流动效果接近平衡值,注塑获得瓶坯的分子量、雾度指标保持不变,乙醛含量下降。In order to improve the flow properties of high-viscosity polyester in the post-processing process,increase production efficiency and product quality,a high-flow masterbatch was developed.A high viscosity PET chip with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.875 dL/g was used as the matrix of the masterbatch,an appropriate amount of lubricant and toner were added,and high-flow masterbatch was prepared by twin-screw blending and granulation.The rheological properties and post-processing application properties of high-viscosity PET with different masterbatch additions were studied by the Hacker rheometer and the preform injection molding machine.The results showed that:within the test range,with the increased in the amount of high-flow masterbatch,the fluidity of the melt increased,ηa decreased,n increased and was less than 1,all of which were shear thinning pseudoplastic fluids.Injection molding experiments showed that when the addition amount reached 4%,the flow-promoting effect was close to the equilibrium value,the molecular weight and haze indicators of the preform remained unchanged,and the acetaldehyde content decreased.
