摘  要:西安交通大学历经十余年的器官-系统整合课程教育教学改革,在“全融合、沉浸式、可信赖”的医学人才培养理念下,结合整合课程特点,创建并实践了沉浸式的临床教育生态。在浓郁的临床氛围和情境中,思政人文润物无声,渗透融合科研创新,情境模拟和临床实践序贯融通,基础临床双导师言传身教,让学生以角色体验的方式进行自主学习,有效提升了人才培养质量,为中国医学教育创新改革提供了可供借鉴的范式。After more than ten years of education reform of organ-system based curriculum(OSBC),Xi an Jiaotong University has created and implemented an immersive educational ecological environment for clinical medicine with the characteristics of OSBC,under the concept of Holistic Integration,Immersive and Reliable Mode.With intensive clinical atmosphere and situation,humanistic ideological and political education was implemented naturally and smoothly,immersive integration was achieved with scientific research and innovation,scenario simulation and clinical practice were combined well,and basic and clinical dual mentors conducted teaching with practice and examples.In this way,students carried on their studies independently with the mode of role experience.It effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation and provide paradigm for innovative reform of China s medical education in China.
