摘 要:目的探讨SCH-SPOC教学法在神经外科课程教学中的效果。方法选取2021年3—12月在湖南中医药大学临床医学院进行临床见习的本科临床医学专业84名学生为研究对象,按所在班级随机分为试验组(n=42)与对照组(n=42)。试验组采用SCH-SPOC教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。教学结束后,比较两组学生考核成绩及教学反馈评价。结果试验组考核成绩为(91.57±3.79)分,高于对照组的(82.64±4.50)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,试验组学生在启发临床思维、重点突出、与学生之间良性互动、沟通更加明确、查阅文献解决问题能力及看待临床病例更加全面六个方面的评价均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用SCH-SPOC教学法可显著提升神经外科教学效果,符合当今改革趋势,有利于加快建设本科教育,构建高水平人才培养体系。Objective To explore the teaching effect of SCH-SPOC teaching method in Neuro-surgery courses.Methods 84 clinical medical undergraduates from Hunan University of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine in the clinical practice from March to December 2021 were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to their classes,with 42 students in each group.SCH-SPOC teaching method was used in the experi-mental group,while traditional teaching method was adopted in teaching the control group.Results of examination and teaching feedback of the two groups were compared after teaching.Results The score of the experimental group was(91.57±3.79),higher than that of the control group(82.64±4.50),and there was significant difference(P<0.05).According to questionnaire survey,students in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group in six aspects including inspiring clinical thinking,highlighting key points,benign interaction with students,clearer communication,problem-solving ability of consulting literature and more comprehensive view of clinical cases(P<0.05).Conclusion Adoption of SCH-SPOC teaching method can significantly improve the teaching effect,which is in line with the current reform trend,and is conducive to speeding up the construction of undergraduate education and the construction of a high-level talent training system.
