摘 要:目的构建医学生科研诚信指标评价体系,改善医学生科研失信现状,提高科研育人成效。方法方便选取医学院校的20名专家作为此次德尔菲专家函询成员,通过两轮专家函询构建医学生科研诚信指标评价体系。结果两轮专家函询有效问卷回收率分别为90.9%和100%,专家权威系数均为0.85,指标重要性赋值均数分别为3.45~4.95分和3.95~5.00分,满分率分别为30%~95%和45%~95%;肯德尔协调系数显著性检验均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终构建医学生科研诚信指标评价体系一级指标4项,二级指标10项,三级指标36项。结论医学生科研诚信指标评价体系具有一定的科学性和实用性,可应用于高校医学生诚信教育及自我评价,为医学类高校完善科研诚信管理制度提供基础。Objective To establish evaluation system of scientific research integrity index for medical students,improve the status quo of medical students scientific misconduct,and boost the effectiveness of scientific research and cultivating talents.Methods 20 experts from medical colleges and universities were selected by convenient sampling as members of this Delphi expert consultation.Through 2 rounds of expert inquiries,evaluation system of scientific research integrity index for medical students was constructed.Results The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the 2 rounds of expert inquiries were 90.9%and 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.85,the average value of the index importance was 3.45 to 4.95 points and 3.95 to 5.00 points,and the full score rate was 30%~95%and 45%~95%.Kendall coordination coefficient significance test had statistical significance(P<0.001).Finally,the evaluation system of medical students scientific research integrity index was constructed with 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 36 third-level indicators.Conclusion Evaluation system of scientific research integrity index for medical students is scientific and practical,which can be applied to the integrity education and self-evaluation of medical students in colleges and universities,providing a basis for the improve-ment of the scientific research integrity management system in medical colleges and universities.
