摘 要:以荆树皮单宁改性的胶原纤维作为载体,通过其与KMnO_(4)反应,制备了胶原纤维负载活性MnO_(2)的新型材料。利用差式扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的结构及形貌进行了分析,并以该材料为催化剂,在室温、无光条件下对空气中甲醛进行了催化氧化实验,考察了该材料的应用性能。结果表明,该材料保持了胶原纤维的形貌及结构,MnO_(2)在该纤维表面分散良好。该材料对空气中甲醛具有良好的催化氧化活性,实验条件下6 h内有效去除率可达97%以上,重复使用8次,仍保持良好的催化活性。A novel catalytic material based on collagen fiber loaded with active MnO_(2) was prepared. During the preparation, the collagen fiber was first modified with Mimosa tans and then reacted with KMnO_(4) to yield the material. The morphology and structure of this material were analyzed by means of DSC, XRD and SEM, and its catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde gas was investigated at room temperature without illumination. The results showed that the material was in ordered fibrous state and MnO_(2) particles were well-dispersed onto the surface of collagen fiber. The material exhibited good catalytic-activity for the formaldehyde gas oxidation. The formaldehyde removal efficiency could reach 97% within 6 hr under the given conditions. The recycling test presented satisfied removal efficiency after the reuse of 8 times.
