云南省全要素生产率的时空分异及收敛性分析

摘　　要：提高全要素生产率(TFP)是实现云南省经济高质量发展的动力来源。文章基于2010~2019年云南省市际层面的面板数据,通过DEA-Malmquist指数法对TFP进行测算和分解,从时间和空间维度探索TFP及其分解增长的区域异质性,并分析其收敛性。研究表明:1.2010至2019年间,得益于技术进步云南省及其内部区域TFP呈现“M”型波动增长,技术效率是明显短板,TFP及其分解变动呈现出一定的空间差异性;2.TFP及其分解的总体差异呈“倒V”型波动,总体差异主要来源为区域内差异;3.各区域的TFP及分解后的技术进步、技术效率均显著地趋于条件β收敛,但是绝对β收敛情况存在较大差异。Improving TFP is the power source to ensure the high-quality economic development of Yunnan province.Based on the inter-city panel data of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2019,the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to measure and decompose TFP,explore the regional heterogeneity of TFP and its decomposition growth from the time and space dimensions,and analyze its convergence sex.The results show that,from 2010 to 2019,thanks to technological progress,Yunnan Province and its internal regions showed an"M"-shaped volatile growth in TFP,and technical efficiency was obviously short,and TFP and its decomposition changes showed certain spatial differences;2.The overall difference of TFP and its decomposition shows an"inverted V"-shaped fluctuation,and the main source of the overall difference is intra-regional differences;3.The TFP of each region and the technical progress and technical efficiency after decomposition have significantly converged on conditionβ.But there is a big difference in the absoluteβconvergence.
