摘 要:目的探究积极情绪主题管理模式在手术室护士中的应用。方法选取2019年8月—2021年9月吉林省一汽总医院手术室在职护理人员24名,根据时间不同记为管理前(2019年8月—2020年8月)和管理后(2020年9月—2021年9月),管理前实施传统护理管理模式,管理后实施积极情绪主题管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员心理弹性、情绪智力水平以及职业生涯高原水平。结果管理后护理人员心理弹性评分(坚韧、自强、乐观)显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员情绪智力水平(感知情绪、自我调控、运用情绪、理解他人)显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理人员职业生涯高原水平(层级高原、内容高原及中心化高原)显著低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士应用积极情绪主题管理模式,对于其调节心理弹性、提高情绪智力水平、改善职业生涯高原水平均有积极影响。Objective To explore the application of positive emotion theme management model in operating room nurses.Methods A total of 24 on-the-job nursing staff in the operating room of FAW General Hospital of Jilin Province from August 2019 to September 2021 were selected,and recorded as before management(August 2019 to August 2020)and after management(September 2020 to September 2021)according to the time.The traditional nursing management mode was implemented before management,and the positive emotion theme management mode was implemented after management.The psychological resilience,emotional intelligence level and career plateau level of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results The scores of mental flexibility score of nurses(resilience,self-improvement,and optimism)after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management,the emotional intelligence levels of the nursing staff(perception of emotions,self-regulation,use of emotions,and understanding of others)were significantly higher than those before the management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The career plateau levels of nursing staff(level plateau,content plateau and centralization plateau)were significantly lower than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive emotion theme management model for operating room nurses has a positive impact on their adjustment of psychological resilience,improvement of emotional intelligence level,and improvement of career plateau level.
