摘　　要：目的:报道上海市名中医林水淼教授治疗阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)医案一则,探讨林老辨治AD的临床经验。方法:对1例58岁的女性患者的临床资料、诊治经过进行分析。结果:林老认为AD属于神病范畴,重在从心肾论治,经中药治疗后患者认知功能明显改善,提高了日常生活能力。结论:以调心补肾为治则的中药治疗AD效果显著。Objective:This paper reports a medical case of Alzheimer's disease(AD)treated by a famous Chinese medicine professor in Shanghai,Lin Shui-miao,and to discuss his clinical experience of treatment for AD.Methods:to analyze the clinical data,diagnosis and treatment of a 58-year-old female patient.Results:Professor Lin believes that AD belongs to the category of mental diseases,focusing on the treatment of kidney and heart.After TCM treatment,the patient's cognitive function was improved significantly,and her daily living ability was also improved.Conclusion:The ways of regulating the heart and tonifying the kidney to treat AD are remarkably effective.
