摘 要:植物—土壤反馈会通过影响植物个体的生长,改变植物群落的组成与结构,对生态系统的物种多样性、系统生产力,甚至结构与功能等均产生深远影响,在维持陆地生态系统的结构和功能及稳定等方面具有重要意义。正确理解植物—土壤反馈及其影响植物生长机制对准确预测植物群落结构变化和生态系统服务功能非常必要。通过简要概述植物—土壤反馈概念及含义,从个体和群落水平分别介绍了植物—土壤反馈的主要研究方法,并以植物根系为核心,从细根特征、根系分泌物以及植物根系与土壤微生物耦合作用等方面,对植物—土壤反馈影响植物生长的机理进行综述,并对今后的研究提出了展望。研究认为植物应对环境因素变化进行细根特征调整,而引起的根系分泌物变化与土壤微生物群落组成和结构间的耦合研究,将是该领域今后研究的重要内容之一。Plant-soil feedback will affect the growth of individual plants,change the composition and structure of plant communities,and have a far-reaching impact on the species diversity,system productivity,and even structure and function of ecosystems.It is important in maintaining the structure,function and their stability of terrestrial ecosystems.Understanding the mechanisms of plant-soil feedback affecting plant growth is essential for predicting changes in the structure of plant communities and the ecosystem service functions accurately.This paper briefly summarized the concept and meaning of plant-soil feedback;The main methods for studying plant-soil feedback were presented at the individual and community levels,respectively.We also reviewed the mechanisms of plant-soil feedback affecting plant growth,focusing on the plant root system,also in terms of the characteristics of fine roots,root exudates and the coupling between plant roots and soil microorganisms,and prospects for the future research were put forward.We believe that the coupling between changes in root exudates and soil microbial community composition and structure caused by the adjustment of fine root characteristics of plants in response to the changes of environmental factors might be an important part of future research in this field.
