摘　　要：红色革命根据地是中国新民民主主义革命的摇篮和圣地,在红色政权下实施的土地和林业政策,促进了根据地林业建设和社会经济发展,也获得成效和宝贵经验,对新时代中国林业事业具有十分重要的借鉴和参考意义。基于文献资料,较为全面地分析了井冈山时期和延安时期,在中国共产党领导下的革命根据地有关林业建设的政策法规和实践成效,进而探究我党早期林业建设的经验和生态文明理念,对我国不同历史时期林业建设的深远影响,和对新时代习近平生态文明思想形成和启示的重要作用。The red revolutionary base areas are the cradle and shrine of the New Democratic Revolution.Based on the red power,the implementation of land and forestry policies promoted forestry construction and socio-economic development in the base areas,and also gained effectiveness and experience,which had a very important reference and significance for the forestry business in the China new era.This paper comprehensively reviewed the policies,regulations and practices for the forestry construction and development in the revolutionary base areas under the leadership of the Communist Party of China during the Jinggangshan and the Yan′an period by the literature.Further,this study explored the experience of forestry construction and concept of ecological civilization,which had the profound influence on forestry construction in different historical periods in China,especially had the important function of the formation and enlightenment of Xi Jinping thought on eco-civilization in the New Era.
