摘　　要：随着互联网发展和自媒体普及,高校网络意识形态工作面临着新的巨大挑战。做好网络意识形态工作是国家安全的需要、政治的需要,也是时代的需要。高校处于网络意识形态激烈交锋的前沿阵地,必须要坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,不断完善工作机制,强化阵地建设,提升学生素养,建强工作队伍,牢牢掌握网络意识形态工作的领导权、管理权和话语权,切实落实好立德树人根本任务。With the development of Internet and the popularization of we media,the work of network ideology in Colleges and universities is facing new great challenges.Doing a good job in network ideology is not only the need of national security,politics,but also the need of the times.Colleges and universities are in the forefront of fierce network ideological confrontation.We must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping's new era China characteristic socialism thought,constantly improve the working mechanism,strengthen the position construc-tion,enhance the students'accomplishment,strengthen the work team,firmly grasp the leadership,management and discourse power of the network consciousness,and effectively implement the basic task of the leader.
