摘 要:在永磁同步电机振动噪声的研究中,人们往往只考虑径向电磁力的影响,忽略定子铁心硅钢片的磁致伸缩效应。首先分析了电机电磁场和机械场耦合问题的数学模型,然后建立了一台8极36槽永磁同步电机二维和三维模型,结合磁致伸缩特性测量曲线,计算了有无磁致伸缩效应情况下电机的径向电磁力,并进行了谐波分析。最后进行了模态分析,并计算了有无定子铁心磁致伸缩效应时电机的振动特性与噪声幅值,确定了磁致伸缩效应对电机振动噪声谐波分布的影响。In the study of vibration noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor, people often only consider the influence of radial electromagnetic force, and the magnetostrictive effect of stator core silicon steel sheet is often ignored. This paper first analyzes the mathematical model of the coupling between electromagnetic field and mechanical field, and then establishes the two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of an 8-pole 36 slot permanent magnet synchronous motor, combined with the magnetostrictive characteristic measurement curve, the radial electromagnetic force of the motor with and without magnetostrictive effect is calculated, and the harmonic analysis is carried out. Then the modal analysis is carried out, and the vibration characteristics and noise amplitude of the motor with or without stator core magnetostriction effect are calculated, the influence of magnetostriction effect on the harmonic distribution of motor vibration noise is determined.
