“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论”课程建设的探索与展望——基于对15所上海高校示范马克思主义学院的调查分析

摘　　要：通过对15所上海高校示范马克思主义学院的调查发现,目前“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论”课程建设可以说已经取得了重要进展,积累了一些有益经验,如各高校党委牵头挂帅、通过“名师”效应提升课程辐射力、建立集体备课机制、突出“以新话语讲新思想”、采取多样化教学模式等。但是与此同时,在课程师资的供给、课程的内涵边界、课程教学内容的规范性、课程辅助学习书目、课程实践教学质量等方面还存在着一些制约因素。今后,要推进“习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想概论”课程建设更加成熟完善,就应从不断优化师资队伍、推进集体备课做实做细做深、组织编写系列教学辅助资料、注重研究工作对教学工作的支撑、完善相关保障机制等方面发力。Based on the survey of 15 model Marxist Schools of universities in Shanghai,important progress has been made in the course construction of“Introduction to XI Jin-ping s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”and some useful experiences have been accumulated,such as the party committee of universities taking the lead,enhancing the radiation of the course through the effect of famous teachers,establishing a collective course preparation mechanism,highlighting“new ideas in new discourses”,and adopting diversified teaching modes.At the same time,there are still some constraints in the supply of course teachers,the connotation and boundary of the course,the standardization of the teaching content,the auxiliary bibliography of the course,and the quality of the practical teaching of the course.In the future,in order to promote the course construction of“Introduction to XI Jin-ping s S Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”to be more mature and perfect,efforts should be made on optimizing the faculty,promoting more detailed and practical collective lesson preparation,organizing and compiling a series of teaching materials,focusing on the support of research work to the teaching work,and improving the relevant guarantee mechanism.
