摘　　要：为了解掌握档案馆用户需求,比照需求层次理论,提出了档案馆用户分层假设。经过分析,认为档案馆用户的需求,有生存、温饱、改善、升级、奢侈五种,分别对应着需求层次理论中的生理需求、安全需求、社交需求、尊重需求和自我实现需求。需求强度分为刚需、次刚需、半刚需、弱刚需、非刚需五档。档案馆用户需求分层具有重要的理论与现实意义,档案馆用户分层理论的运用有知己、知彼、积累、分析、善用十字要诀。In order to understand the user’s needs of archives better,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of user stratification in archives according to the Demand Hierarchy Theory.According to the author,the needs of archives users include survival,food and clothing,improvement,upgrade,and luxury,which correspond to physiological needs,safety needs,social needs,esteem needs and self-actualization needs in the Demand Hierarchy Theory.The demand intensity is divided into five grades:rigid demand,secondary rigid demand,semi-rigid demand,weak rigid demand,and non-rigid demand.The stratification of user’s needs in archives has important theoretical and practical significance.The application of the theory of user stratification in archives can be concluded as a words trick:knowing yourself,knowing the enemy,accumulating,analyzing,and making good use of things.
