摘 要:为精准控制国家速滑馆屋面大跨度双曲马鞍形索网结构找形,达到预期变形指标,顺利进行屋面钢桁架结构球铰支座锁定工作,以使索网结构、钢桁架结构与劲性柱组成层层传导的受力体系,通过对全过程进行仿真分析计算,设计采用新型吊挂荷载施工方案,解决调整索网结构竖向位移变化而适应柔性屋面体系要求的问题。结果表明,该方法具有简单、易操作、用人少、施工速度快、物资可再利用等特点。吊挂荷载施工技术也为索网结构等柔性屋面结构找形提供新颖、灵活的施工方法。In order to accurately control the shape finding of the large-span hyperbolic saddle shaped cable net structure on the roof of the National Speed Skating Oval, achieve the expected deformation index, and smoothly carry out the locking construction of the spherical hinge support of the roof steel truss structure, so that the cable net structure, steel truss structure and rigid columns form a layer by layer conductive stress system. Through the simulation analysis and calculation of the whole process, the construction scheme of new hanging load is designed. The problem of adjusting the vertical displacement of cable net structure to meet the requirements of flexible roof system is solved. The results show that this method is simple, easy to operate, less personnel, fast construction speed and reusable materials. Hanging load construction technology also provides a novel and flexible construction method for shape finding of flexible roof structures such as cable net structure, especially long-span flexible roof.
