摘　　要：目的分析医学实习生对医务人员职业安全的认知情况,为提升医学实习生职业安全防护能力提供参考。方法采用质性研究方法,于2021年12月-2022年1月对重庆市5家三甲教学医院的18名医学实习生进行半结构访谈,应用传统内容分析法并借助Nvivo 12 Plus软件对资料进行整理。结果共提炼出3个主题群:(1)对职业安全内涵的认识。包括认同重要性、关注不足、认知不充分;(2)职业安全事件的影响。包括身心、行为、职业选择;(3)对职业安全措施的看法。包括安全措施不足和安全保障期望。结论医学实习生高度认同医务人员职业安全的重要性,但还需强化其重视程度。同时应通过思政教育和心理疏导,引导其正确应对职业安全事件。国家、卫生行政管理部门及医疗机构、医学院校、社会媒体应发挥协同作用,全面落实医务人员职业安全保障措施。Objective To analyze the cognition of medical interns on occupational safety of medical staff to provide reference for improving the occupational safety protection ability of medical interns.Methods With qualitative study method,semistr uctured interview was used among 18 medical interns from five tertiary teaching hospitals in Chongqing from December 2021 to January 2022.The data were analyzed using traditional content analysis method and Nvivo 12 Plus software,Results Three themes were extracted:(1)the understanding of the connotation of occupational safety.lncluding recognition of importance,insufficient attention,insufficient awareness;(2)the impact of occupational safety events,lncluding physical and mental,behavioral,career choices;(3)the view of occupational safety measures.Including inadequate security measures and expectations of security.Conclusion Medical interns highly agree with the importance of occupational safety of medical staff,but need to strengthen its importance.Furthermore,ideological and political education and psychological counseling should be used to guide them to deal with occupational safety events correctly.The state,health administrative departments,medical institutions,medical collges and social media should play a synergistic role in comprehensively implementing occupational safety measures for medical personnel.
