加速康复外科对复杂性阑尾炎术后患儿的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究加速康复外科在改善复杂性阑尾炎术后患儿胃肠功能及疼痛中的应用价值。方法:随机将2020年3月-2022年3月期间62例复杂性阑尾炎患儿进行分组各31例,均行腹腔镜阑尾切除术。对照组予以术后常规禁食禁水和管道管理,观察组给予加速康复外科康复。观察两组胃肠功能恢复情况、疼痛程度和并发症情况。结果:观察组胃肠功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加速康复外科能够缓解复杂性阑尾炎患儿术后疼痛程度,促进胃肠功能恢复,安全可靠。Objective:To study the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in improving gastrointestinal function and pain in children after complicated appendicitis.Methods:A total of 62 children with complex appendicitis from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group,and all underwent laparoscopic appendectomy.The control group was given routine fasting and water prohibition and pipeline management after operation,while the observation group was given enhanced recovery after surgery.The recovery time of anal exhaust,the first time to eat,the first time to get out of bed,the preoperative and postoperative pain score and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed.Results:The recovery time of anal exhaust,the first intake time and the first out of bed activity time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enhanced recovery after recovery surgery is safe and reliable for children with complicated appendicitis,which can relieve the degree of postoperative pain and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
