摘　　要：本文简述低频电刺激疗法治疗周围神经损伤(Peripheralnerveinjury,PNI)的机制与相关参数研究现状及进展,指出PNI恢复的分子机制是学术界研究的重点内容,低频电刺激疗法的参数选择是治疗PNI患者的关键。PNI是临床常见病且致残率高,经常会导致运动、感觉和自主神经功能障碍。对低频电疗法治疗PNI的分子机制与相关参数进行总结归纳,有助于寻找更高效的治疗方法进而服务于临床,使患者受益。深入的分子水平机制研究以及使用最佳参数配伍来达到PNI患者最佳的功能恢复是未来低频电疗法治疗PNI的发展方向,由数量众多的动物实验过渡到人类实验并向临床转化是低频电刺激疗法治疗PNI的未来目标。This paper briefly describes the research status and progress of the mechanism and related parameters of low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury(PNI),and points out that the molecular mechanism of PNI recovery is the key content of academic research,and the parameter selection of low-frequency electrical stimulation is the key to the treatment of PNI patients.PNI is a common clinical disease with a high disability rate,which often leads to motor,sensory and autonomic nervous dysfunction.The molecular mechanism and related parameters of low frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of PNI are summarized,which is helpful to find more efficient treatment methods to serve the clinic and benefit patients.In-depth studies of molecular mechanism and the use of the best parameter compatibility to achieve the best functional recovery of PNI patients are the development direction of low-frequency electrotherapy for PNI in the future.The transition from a large number of animal experiments to human experiments and clinical transformation is the future goal of low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy for PNI.
