USCIR模型视角下高校网络舆情引导策略探析

摘　　要：基于复杂网络中的经典SIR模型(susceptible infected recovered model)及相关研究,提出USCIR模型(unsusceptible susceptible contracted infected recovered model)。分析该模型视角下高校网络舆情的特征,发现高校网络舆情节点具备明显的小世界与无标度、多属性节点的同质性与异质性并存、舆情网络结构呈现平台性差异、节点间存在自组织与博弈行为等特征。最后基于USCIR模型对高校网络舆情的引导给出了相关的策略与建议。Based on the typical SIR model(susceptible infected recovered model)and related research in complex networks,the USCIR model(unsusceptible susceptible contracted infected recovered model)is proposed,and the features of the university network public opinion are analyzed within the framework of the model.The university network public opinion is characterized by the following features:being in an obvious small-world and scale-free,the coexisting homogeneity and heterogeneity of multi-attribute nodes,different structures of public opinion network on each platform,and presenting self-organization and game behavior between nodes.Based on the USCIR model,relevant strategies and suggestions are proposed for guiding university network public opinion.
