摘　　要：目的:顺应新医科发展建设的要求,创新卓越医生的培养模式。方法:对福建医科大学665名医学生进行了问卷抽样调查。结果:新医科视域下医学院校卓越医生的培养理念、课程模式等方面有待提高。结论:结合医学发展趋势,创新卓越医生教育理念、重构卓越医生教育体系、丰富卓越医生人才培养载体等3个方面探讨新医科视域下卓越医生培养的策略。Objective:The training mode of excellent doctors is created to adapt to the development of new medicine.Methods:A sample of 665 medical students from Fujian Medical University was investigated with questionnaires.Results:The development concept,course model,teaching content and teaching form of new medical education in medical colleges and universities need to be promoted.Conclusion:Combined with the development trend of medicine,research on the training strategy of excellent doctors in a new medical vision is discussed to innovate the concept of excellent doctors education,reconstruct the educational system of excellent doctors,and rebuild the evaluation system of excellent doctors.
