摘  要:目的:探讨医院药学专业技术实习生个人职业生涯的现状及其影响因素。方法:选取2016~2018年江苏省南通市两所三级综合性医院的258名药学专业技术实习生作为本研究的对象,使用事先设计的药学专业技术实习生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷进行调查与分析。结果:258名药学专业技术实习生职业生涯规划总分为(96.84±10.80)分,药学专业技术实习生对本专业的总体满意度以及在校与实习期间是否担任班级干部是个人职业生涯规划的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论:高等医药职业技术院校的教育应该重视学生的个人职业生涯规划,带教老师应针对不同特征的药学专业技术实习生给予不同的管理、培训与教育。Objective:To explore the current situation and influencing factors of the personal career of pharmaceutical interns in hospitals.Methods:A total of 258 interns of pharmaceutical technology from 2016 to 2018 in two third-class hospitals in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province were selected as the subjects of this study.A pre-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the individual career planning of interns of pharmaceutical technology.Results:The total score of career planning of 258 pharmaceutical technical interns was(96.84±10.80).The overall satisfaction of pharmaceutical technical interns with their major and whether they served as class cadres during school and internship were the influencing factors of personal career planning(P<0.01).Conclusion:The education of higher medical vocational and technical colleges should pay attention to the students’personal career planning,and the teaching teachers should give different management,training and education to the pharmaceutical professional and technical interns with different characteristics.
