摘  要:生产实习是高等院校环境工程专业实践教学内容中的重要组成部分,直接关系到专业课程教学和学生培养的质量。针对环境工程专业生产实习教学内容老化、缺乏针对性、实习基地少、考核体系单一不健全等问题,结合湖北省地质矿产、化工产业集群发展对环境工程专业建设的需求,建立了“环-矿、环-化”结合特色的以磷石膏-磷尾矿联合处理生产工艺为背景的环境工程专业校内生产实习实践教学平台,并介绍了该平台的设备、工艺流程、教学知识点设计以及其达到的教学目的。实践结果表明:通过“环-矿、环-化”结合特色的环境工程专业校内生产实习实践教学平台的实际应用,增加了学生对化工和矿山企业生产过程的感性认识,调动了学生学习的兴趣和积极性,强化了学生的工程意识和安全生产理念,加深了学生对可持续发展理念的理解和掌握,可为学生毕业后从事环保相关工作奠定基础。Production practice is an important part in practical teaching content of environmental engineering majors in universities,and directly related to the quality of professional curriculum teaching and student culture.In view of the shortcomings of environmental engineering professional production practice teaching,such as the lack of targeted content,small internship base,single unexpected examination system,combining the needs of the development of the mining and chemical industry clusters in Hubei Province for the construction of environmental engineering majors,an on-campus production practice teaching platform was established for environmental engineering majors based on the combination of phosphogypsum and phosphate tailings combined treatment process with the characteristics of “environment-mining,environmental-chemical”.This article describes the platform’s equipments,technological process and engineering knowledge training content and its teaching purposes.The practice shows that the application of the internship teaching platforms increases students’ perceptual understanding of the production process of chemical and mining enterprises,arouses students’ interest and enthusiasm,strengthens engineering awareness andsafety production concept,deepens students’ understanding and mastery of the concept of sustainable development and lays the foundation for environmental protection-related work after graduation.
