摘 要:为探究居住建筑拆除废弃物的量化问题,应用面积指标法与GIS技术相结合的方法建立动静态结合的量化模型。以大数据挖掘技术、卫星地图辅助分析,批量获取建筑属性,通过搜集建筑样本对单位产废率指标进行估算。并以大连市中山公园街道为例,获取研究区域的建筑属性,基于量化模型进行产废量估算和时空分布分析。结果显示,拆除建筑废弃物产生主要集中在2070~2080年,其中混凝土和砖砌块等惰性材料所占比例最高;可视化的废弃物量化模型能够为各项决策和规划方案的制定提供参考依据。In order to quantify demolition waste of residential buildings,the area index method and GIS technology are combined to establish a dynamic and static quantitative model.The big data mining technology and satellite map-assisted analysis are used to obtain the building attributes in batches.The unit waste rate index is estimated by collecting building samples.Zhongshan Park Street in Dalian City is used as a research case to estimate the waste production and analyze the spatial and temporal distribution based on the quantitative model.The results show that the generation of demolition construction waste is concentrated in 2070-2080,in which inert materials such as concrete and brick blocks account for the highest proportion.The visual waste quantification model can provide a reference for decision-making and planning schemes.
