摘  要:如何在不同文化交流碰撞的当今时代减少或避免语用失误,获取理想的交际效果,是跨文化研究的重要课题。对已有研究进行系统分析与研判有助于深化语用失误的研究。为梳理语用失误研究的发展脉络及方向,利用文献计量软件CiteSpace对其进行知识图谱分析,厘清了国内外语用失误研究的历史与现状、研究主题、研究热点和研究方法等,指出了国内外研究的异同,阐明了未来研究的5个重点方向:强化语用失误与不同理论的整合;加强语用失误在不同领域的应用研究;深化“语言内、国别内”的跨文化语用失误研究;涵盖非学龄段群体;扩大国际中文教育领域内的语用失误研究。提出了重视实证研究、加强对比研究、探索历时研究和利用大型语料库的建议。How to minimize or avoid pragmatic failure and achieve ideal communicative effects in the era of cultural integration is an essential research topic,and a systematic analysis of the existing research is conductive to the further study of pragmatic failure.In order to find out the development trajectory of pragmatic failure,we have conducted a bibliometric analysis of the knowledge graph of pragmatic failure research by utilizing the CiteSpace,and classified its history and current situation,research themes,hotspots and methods at home and abroad.At the same time,we reveal the similarities and distinctions between the domestic and foreign researches,and further elaborate five key directions for future domestic research:1.to integrate pragmatic failure research with different theories;2.to strengthen the research on the application of pragmatic failure in different fields;3.to research inter-cultural pragmatic failure within one language or one country;4.to make the research cover non-school age groups;5.to expand the research of pragmatic failure in the field of Teaching&Learning Chinese as a Foreign Language.In terms of research methodologies,it finally puts forward the suggestions on emphasizing empirical research,contrastive research,diachronic research,and research based on the large corpora.
