摘　　要：中华全国总工会要求各级工会全面实施预算绩效管理,十堰市总工会积极探索,按照“双链条、全过程、五同步”预算绩效管理思路,尝试进行了“分层次、分类别、分阶段”预算绩效管理实践,文章对此进行了梳理,并选取“送温暖”资金项目绩效管理阐述了具体实施路径。The All-China Federation of Trade Unions requires trade unions at all levels to fully implement the budget performance management.Shiyan Federation of Trade Unions,in accordance with the ideas of “two chains,whole process,and five synchronizations”,adopted the budget performance management practice based on hierarchies,classifications,and phases.This article expounds the specific implementation path by citing the example of the "warmth" fund project performance management.
