摘 要:选用桥丝(BW)与金属薄膜(MF)两种镍铬合金换能元,以及Pb(SCN)_(2)/KClO_(3)与Zr/Pb_(3)O_(4)两种点火药剂,分别制备了4种不同的点火元件。点火元件与5.8系发射药制成药包,并在密闭爆发器中点燃,获得相应的压力-时间曲线,以此探讨不同点火药与典型换能元的匹配情况。其中,涂覆有4.8 mg Pb(SCN)_(2)/KClO_(3)的金属薄膜点火头增压速率为80.84 MPa/s,而涂有相同质量药剂的桥丝点火头增压速率仅为68.15 MPa/s。结合高速摄影图像与理论分析认为:换能元的电热转换效率可以在较大程度上影响点火药剂的发火状态;金属薄膜换能元由于具有较为集中的发火区域,因此点火能力相较于桥丝换能元更加稳定;Pb(SCN)_(2)/KClO_(3)药剂的发火状态也比Zr/Pb_(3)O_(4)药剂稳定。Four different ignition elements were prepared by using two kinds of Ni-Cr alloy energy exchange elements,bridge wire(BW)and metal film(MF),and two kinds of ignition agents,Pb(SCN)_(2)/KClO_(3)and Zr/Pb_(3)O_(4).The ignition elements and 5.8 series propellants were made into charge bags and ignited in a closed explosive to obtain p-t curves,so as to explore the matching relationship between different ignition agents and typical energy exchange elements.The pressurization rate of MF coated with 4.8 mg Pb(SCN)_(2)/KClO_(3)is 80.84 MPa/s,while the pressurization rate of BW coated with the same weight agent is only 68.15 MPa/s.Combined with high-speed photographic images and theoretical analysis,it is considered that the electrothermal conversion efficiency of the energy exchange element can greatly affect the ignition state of the ignition agent.Due to the relatively concentrated ignition area,the ignition ability of MF energy exchange element is more stable than that of BW energy exchange element,and the ignition state of Pb(SCN)_(2)/KClO_(3)agent is also more stable than that of Zr/Pb_(3)O_(4)agent.
