摘　　要：Dear Editor,We present an extremely rare case of orbital schwannomatosis with dual histologic variants.Schwannomas are tumors resulting from the slow proliferation of Schwann cells located in peripheral nerve sheaths[1].They are commonly seen in middle-aged individuals but had been reported in patients 20-70 years of age.
