摘　　要：我国拥有悠久的鹿产品食用历史,鹿产品主要有鹿茸、鹿胎、鹿鞭和鹿角等。鹿产品富含氨基酸、蛋白质、多肽和脂质类等多种功能性成分,具有增强免疫力、缓解体力疲劳、延缓衰老和抗氧化等多种功效。本文从中成药、保健食品、化妆品及食品等方面探讨鹿产品的剂型和保健功效,分析我国鹿产品开发与应用现状,为后续相关产品的开发提供理论依据。China has a long history of deer products,the main are Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum,Emoryp Cervi,Penis et Testis Cervi,Cervi Cornu,and so on.Deer products are rich in amino acids,proteins,polypeptides,lipids and other functional components,which can enhance immunity,relieve physical fatigue,delay aging,antioxidate and other functions.In this paper,the formulation and health efficacy of deer products were discussed from the aspect of Chinese patent medicines,health food,cosmetics and food,and the development and application status of deer products in China were analyzed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up development of related products.
