基于创新就业导向的水利水电专业实践教学模式分析

摘　　要：全面深化教育改革的背景下,开放教育是我国整体教育体系的重要组成部分,是面向社会大众进行职业技能教育的主要平台。水利水电工程专业作为开放教育的重要专业组成,承担着培养我国创新型水利水电人才及促进社会就业的重要职责。因此,开放大学需要坚持以创新就业为导向,推动水利水电专业实践教学模式的创新优化。目前,纵观我国开放教育的水利水电工程专业教学实践现状,仍然存在着诸多问题亟待解决。因此,结合着水利水电工程专业教学现状,提出理论教育与技能实践融合、搭建多维一体实践平台、建立健全专业课程体系、持续改进教学评价机制等措施,以期进一步提高开放教育的水利水电专业教学效果。Under the background of deepening education reform in an all-round way, open education is an important part of China’s overall education system and the main platform for vocational skills education for the general public. As an important professional component of open education, water conservancy and hydropower engineering is responsible for training innovative water conservancy and hydropower talents in China and promoting social employment. Therefore, the open university needs to adhere to the innovative employment orientation and promote the innovation and optimization of practical teaching mode of water conservancy and hydropower specialty. At present, looking at the present situation of teaching practice of water conservancy and hydropower engineering major in China’s open education, there are still many problems to be solved urgently. Therefore, combined with the present teaching situation of water conservancy and hydropower engineering specialty, this paper puts forward some measures, such as the integration of theoretical education and skill practice, the establishment of multi-dimensional integrated practice platform, the establishment of a comprehensive professional curriculum system and the continuous improvement of teaching evaluation mechanism, so as to further improve the teaching effect of water conservancy and hydropower specialty in open education.
