摘　　要：以生涯建构理论和生涯适应模型为基础,探讨了职业社会支持对毕业生求职行为的影响机理,并研究生涯适应力在两者关系中发挥的作用。基于774份高校毕业生的有效样本数据,运用回归分析和Bootstrap等方法对样本进行检验。结果表明:职业社会支持对毕业生求职行为具有显著正向影响,生涯适应力在两者关系中起中介作用。On the basis of career construction theory and career adaptation model,this paper discussed the influence mechanism of career social support on graduates'job-searching behavior,and studied the role of career adaptability in the relationship between them.Based on the effective sample data of 774 college graduates,the samples were tested by regression analysis and bootstrap.The results were as follows:career social support has a significant positive impact on graduates'job-searching behavior,career adaptability plays a mediating role in the relationship between them.
