摘  要:建立草鱼粉中磺胺甲噁唑(Sulfamethoxazole,SMZ)、磺胺二甲异噁唑(Sulfaisoxazole,SFZ)、磺胺二甲基嘧啶(sulfamethazine,SM_(2))、磺胺甲基嘧啶(sulfamerazine,SM 1)药物残留基体标准物质制备方法。以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)为研制对象,样品经过药浴、均质、冷冻干燥、过筛、包装制备而得。经均匀性、稳定性检验,多家实验室合作定值以及不确定度评估等过程,确定草鱼肌肉粉中SMZ、SFZ、SM_(2)、SM_(1)的量值分别为(22.22±7.75)、(24.04±8.04)、(31.11±5.84)、(28.55±7.18)μg/kg。结果表明,草鱼粉基体标准物质的均匀性良好,稳定性符合标准物质技术要求,定值结果可靠。该方法可为水产品基质中磺胺类药物残留基体标准物质的制备提供技术参考。The preparation method of matrix reference materials for drug residues of sulfamethoxazole(SMZ),sulfaisoxazole(SFZ),sulfamethazine(SM_(2))and sulfamerazine(SM_(1))in grass carp powder was established in this study.The samples of grass carp were prepared by medicine bath,sampling,homogenization,freeze-drying,screening,mixing and packaging.Through the processes of uniformity test,stability test,cooperative setting by multiple laboratories and uncertainty evaluation,the quantities of SMZ,SFZ,SM_(2)and SM_(1)in grass carp powder were finally determined to be(22.22±7.75),(24.04±8.04),(31.11±5.84),(28.55±7.18)μg/kg,respectively.The results showed that the uniformity of grass carp powder matrix reference material was good.The stability meets the technical requirements of reference material,and the setting result was reliable.The method can provide technical reference for preparing sulfonamides residue matrix reference materials in aquatic products matrix.
