摘 要:面向5G通信技术,研制了一款34.5~43.0GHz六阶对称切比雪夫基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)带通滤波器(Bandpass Filter,BPF)。根据偶数阶切比雪夫多项式进行理论分析,并采用Rogers RO4350B板材进行加工。测试结果表明,研制的SIW带通滤波器在工作频段34.5~43.0GHz范围内,回波损耗(Return Loss,RL)优于-15.0dB,插入损耗(Insertion Loss,IL)最优处低于-2.2dB,低频带外抑制优于-40.0dB,带通滤波器面积为26.00mm×3.55mm。For 5Gcommunication technology,a 34.5~43.0GHz sixth-order symmetric Chebyshev SIW(Substrate integrated waveguide)BPF(Bandpass Filter)was developed.According to theoretical analysis of even-order Chebyshev polynomials,the SIW bandpass filter is designed,which reduces the design complexity of the filter.The proposed bandpass filter is based on Rogers RO4350Bsheet processing.The testing results show that in the working frequency range of the developed SIW filter,34.5~43.0GHz,the Return Loss(RL)is better than-15.0dB,and the Insertion Loss(IL)is lower than-2.2dB,the out-of-band rejection is better than-40.0dB.The bandpass filter area is 26.00mm×3.55mm.
