摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌中葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT-1)和p53蛋白表达水平与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:选择2017年1月—2020年9月行手术治疗的64例乳腺癌患者的组织标本作为乳癌组,取距离癌组织3 cm的癌旁正常组织为癌旁组。比较两组p53蛋白、GLUT-1阳性表达率,分析p53蛋白和GLUT-1阳性表达与临床病理特征和预后的关系。结果:乳癌组p53蛋白、GLUT-1阳性表达率高于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p53蛋白、GLUT-1阳性表达率与乳腺癌肿瘤-淋巴结-转移(TNM)分期和淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);p53蛋白、GLUT-1阳性表达者术后1年生存率均低于阴性表达者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌中p53蛋白、GLUT-1呈高表达,其表达与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移和预后密切相关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of glucose transporter-1(GLUT-1)and p53 protein in breast cancer and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods:A total of 64 breast cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2020 were selected,breast cancer tissue specimens were selected as the breast cancer group,and the adjacent normal tissue 3 cm away from the cancer tissue was selected as the adjacent cancer group.The positive expression rates of p53 protein and GLUT-1 between the two groups were compared,and the relationship between the positive expression of p53 protein and GLUT-1 and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of p53 protein and GLUT-1 in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the adjacent group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).transfer related,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of patients with p53 protein and GLUT-1 positive expression was lower than those with negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The p53 protein and GLUT-1 are highly expressed in breast cancer,and their expression is closely related to tumor TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and prognosis.
