摘　　要：长链非编码RNA NEAT1(lncRNA NEAT1)已经证实在多种恶性肿瘤中有调控作用,其中包括乳腺癌。多个研究表明NEAT1在乳腺癌中过度表达可以促进乳腺癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移。一些研究表明在乳腺癌中NEAT1通过调控microRNA发挥其功能,另一些研究表明NEAT1通过诱导上皮间充质转化促进乳腺癌的进展。本文将综述lncRNA NEAT1在乳腺癌进展及耐药中的作用及可能的机制,为进一步研究NEAT1在乳腺癌中的诊断、治疗及预后提供见解。Long non-coding RNA NEAT1 has been shown to play a regulatory role in a variety of malignancies,including breast cancer.Multiple studies have shown that the overexpression of NEAT1 in breast cancer can promote the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells.Some studies have shown that NEAT1 plays its role by regulating microRNA in breast cancer,while others have shown that NEAT1 promotes the progress of breast cancer by promoting epithelial mesenchymal transformation.In this paper,the role and possible mechanism of lncRNA NEAT1 in the development and chemoresistance of breast cancer will be reviewed,so as to provide insights for further explores on the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of NEAT1 in breast cancer.
