摘  要:煤矿井下辅助运输的效率提升和智能化发展对电机车提出了精准停车要求。建立了电机车精准停车动力学模型,分析了电机车的驱动力和运行阻力。设计了永磁同步电动机模糊PID双闭环矢量控制系统,可实现电机车在不同速度、停车距离、坡度和载重工况下的精准停车。采用Simulink进行了精准停车过程的仿真,结果表明所提出的精准停车方法能够达到停车精度。The efficiency improvement and intelligent development of underground auxiliary transportation in colliery put forward the requirement of precise halting for the locomotive.In the paper,the dynamic model of precise halting of the locomotive was established,and its driving force and running resistance were analyzed.In addition,the fuzzy PID double closed-loop vector control system for the PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor)was designed,thus the precise halting of the locomotive at various speed,halting distance,slope and load condition was realized.Finally,Simulink was applied to simulate the precise halting process,and the simulation results showed the proposed precise halting method met the requirement of halting precision.
