摘  要:探讨正念与手机依赖之间的关系及其作用机制,研究构建了一个链式中介模型,采用正念注意觉知量表、青少年社交焦虑量表、自我概念清晰性量表和青少年手机使用依赖自评问卷对南昌市三所职业院校541位中职生进行调查。结果发现:正念与社交焦虑、手机依赖显著负相关,与自我概念清晰性显著正相关;正念显著负向预测手机依赖;正念可通过三条路径的间接作用影响手机依赖--社交焦虑的单独中介作用、自我概念清晰性的单独中介作用、社交焦虑和自我概念清晰性的链式中介作用。研究结果不仅有利于从强化理论、心理补偿理论和认知行为理论的视角理解正念与手机依赖的关系,也为学校开展正念训练提供了理论依据。For the purpose of interpreting the relationship and complex mechanisms between mindfulness and mobile phone dependence,this study constructed a chain mediation model.541 secondary vocational students from three vocational colleges in Nanchang were investigated by Mindful Attention Awareness Scale,Social Anxiety Scale,Self-concept Clarity Scale and Self-rating Questionnaire for Adolescent Problematic Mobile Phone Use.The results showed that:mindfulness was negatively correlated significantly with social anxiety and mobile phone dependence,and positively correlated significantly with self-concept clarity;mindfulness had a significant negative predictive effect on mobile phone dependence;mindfulness influenced mobile phone dependence through three indirect effect paths:the independent mediating effects of social anxiety,the independent mediating effects of self-concept clarity,and chain mediating effects of social anxiety and self-concept clarity.The results of the study are not only conducive to understanding the relationship between mindfulness and mobile phone dependence from the perspectives of reinforcement theory,psychological compensation theory and cognitive behavior theory,but also provide a theoretical basis for schools to carry out mindfulness training.
