摘 要:心脏发育是一种高度复杂过程,了解心脏发育对于深刻认识先天性心脏病的起源以及心脏修复相关的心肌增殖和分化的调节机制都有重要意义。依赖于ATP的染色质重塑复合物包含多种亚基,这些亚基从早期胚胎发生、细胞分化、细胞发育到各种成体组织中均发挥多种作用。染色质重塑复合物SWI/SNF家族(switch/sucrose non-fermentable)是目前心血管领域研究最充分的成员之一,与心脏发育息息相关。该文回顾了染色质重塑复合物SWI/SNF及其不同亚基在哺乳动物心脏发育过程中的功能,并讨论染色质重塑的作用机制,强调了其在哺乳动物心脏发育过程中的特异性。从染色质水平理解心脏发育调节将有助于更好地理解基因调节的整体性,为心血管疾病治疗奠定理论基础。Cardiac development was a complex process.Understanding cardiac development was of far-reaching significance for a deep understanding of the origin of congenital heart diseases and the regulatory mechanism of cardiomyocyte proliferation and differentiation related to cardiac repair.ATP-dependent chromatin remodeling complexes contained a variety of subunits,which played a variety of roles from early embryogenesis,cell differentiation,cell development to various adult tissues.The chromatin remodeling complex SWI/SNF family was one of the most well-studied members in the cardiovascular field,which was closely related to heart development.This paper reviewed the functions of chromatin remodeling complex SWI/SNF and its different subunits in the development of the mammalian heart,discussed the mechanism of chromatin remodeling,and then emphasized their specificity in the development of the mammalian heart.Understanding the regulation of cardiac development from the chromatin level will help to understand the integrity of gene regulation and lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
