摘  要:为解决离子型稀土浸出液沉淀由人工凭经验手动操作导致的pH不能及时检测与反馈、控制不精确、产品质量不稳定等问题,设计了一套离子型稀土浸出液沉淀自动控制系统。首先,通过感知技术对稀土浸出液沉淀过程的关键设备状态和数据进行采集,实现关键数据信息的实时在线检测;其次,以S7-300 PLC系统为核心控制系统,PLC通过PROFIBUS总线与变频器通讯,对沉淀过程数据进行分析和处理,并配置相应的控制设备,实现稀土浸出液沉淀的自动控制;最后,采用威纶通触摸屏作为人机交互系统,完成工艺过程设备状态和关键参数的实时显示、参数设定和数据存储,实现生产过程的可视化。结果表明,设计的系统运行正常,完全可以满足生产需要,提高了稀土浸出液沉淀的自动化程度,提高了沉淀稀土的产品质量和生产效率。控制系统稳定可靠的运行,为实现我国稀土产业绿色开采提供了技术支撑。In order to solve the problems of pH not being detected and fed back in time,inaccurate control and unstable product quality caused by manual operation of ionic rare earth leaching solution precipitation,a set of automatic control system of ionic rare earth leaching solution precipitation is designed.Firstly,the key equipment status and data in the precipitation process of rare earth leaching solution are collected through sensing technology to realize the real-time online detection of key data information;Secondly,taking S7-300 PLC system as the core control system,PLC establishes communication with the sensor through PROFIBUS bus,analyzes and processes the precipitation process data,and configures the corresponding control equipment to realize the automatic control of rare earth leaching solution precipitation;Finally,using the touch screen of WEINVIEW as the human-computer interaction system,the real-time display,parameter setting and data storage of the process equipment status and key parameters are completed,and the visualization of the production process is realized.The results show that the designed system operates normally,which can fully meet the production needs,improve the automation of rare earth leaching solution precipitation,and improve the product quality and production efficiency of rare earth precipitation.The stable and reliable operation of the control system provides technical support for the realization of green mining in China's rare earth industry.
