摘　　要：劳动竞赛是社会主义生产关系的重要体现。中国共产党成立以来,始终高度重视发挥劳动竞赛在革命、建设和改革中的重要作用,取得了显著成效:保障了各历史阶段中心任务的顺利开展,形成了一套行之有效的劳动竞赛制度,塑造了一批又一批劳动模范,铸就了伟大劳模精神、工匠精神,强化了中国共产党的政治认同。在长期领导劳动竞赛实践中,我们党积累了丰富的历史经验:始终坚持将组织劳动竞赛作为领导工会工作的主要抓手,始终坚持围绕中心、服务大局,始终坚持践行党的群众路线,始终坚持发挥劳动模范的示范带头作用,始终坚持将劳动竞赛与技术创新相结合。中国共产党领导劳动竞赛的实践,在助力形成中国式现代化道路、开辟人类文明新形态中具有重要作用。Labor competition is an important embodiment of socialist production relations,and also an.Since its founding,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to giving play to the important role of labor competition in revolution,construction and reform,and achieved remarkable results:ensured the smooth implementation of the central tasks in various historical stages,formed a set of effective labor competition system,created a batch of model workers,forged the great spirit of model workers and artisans,and strengthened the political identity of the Communist Party of China.In the long-term practice of leading labor competition,our Party has accumulated rich historical experience:persisting in taking the organization of labor competition as the main starting point for leading trade union work,persisting centering on the center and serving the overall situation,persisting and practicing the party’s mass line,persisting giving play to the exemplary and leading role of labor models,persisting combining labor competition with technological innovation.The practice of labor competition led by the Communist Party of China has played an important role in helping to form a Chinese style modernization road and opening up a new form of human civilization.
