摘  要:在混凝土运输过程中,混凝土在搅拌筒内部不停搅拌,颗粒与搅拌筒之间的力学作用比较复杂。将EDEM与ANSYS Workbench耦合对搅拌筒强度进行分析,既能发挥EDEM处理颗粒问题的优势,又能发挥Workbench多物理场分析的优势,从而得到较准确的搅拌筒载荷分布状态,提高搅拌筒强度分析的准确性,为搅拌筒的轻量化优化改进提供依据。In the process of concrete transportation,the concrete is constantly mixed in the mixing drum,and the mechanical interaction between the particles and the mixing drum is complex.EDEM is coupled with ANSYS Workbench to analyze the strength of the mixing drum,which can take both advantages of EDEM in dealing with the particle problems and Workbench in multi-physics field analysis,so as to obtain a more accurate load distribution state of the mixing drum,improve the accuracy of the strength analysis of the mixing drum and provide a basis for the lightweight optimization and improvement of the mixing drum.
