摘 要:面对国内越来越多的超大直径盾构使用需求,根据盾构设计结构形式不同,超大直径盾构的现场组装难度也不断增大。以珠海兴业快线项目工程Φ15.76 m超大直径同步掘进盾构为例,针对超大直径盾构的铰接环铰接密封面现场叠加组装困难、对履带起重机吊载能力要求高等问题,创新设计铰接环整体组装用翻身装置,完成了国内首例超大直径盾构铰接环通过翻身装置进行组装的成功案例,详细介绍其组装流程,对以后类似工程具有借鉴意义。For the increasing domestic demands for shields with super large diameter,according to the different design structures of shields,the difficulty of on-site assembly of shields with super large diameter is also increasing.Taking the synchronous tunneling shield with a super large diameter of 15.76 m in Zhuhai Xingye Express Line Project as an example,in view of the difficulty of on-site superposition and assembly of the hinged seal surface of the hinged ring of the shield with a super large diameter and the high requirements for the lifting capacity of the crawler crane,a turnover device for the overall assembly of the hinged ring is innovatively designed,and the first domestic successful case of assembling the hinged ring of the shield with a super large diameter through the turnover device has been completed.The assembly process is introduced in detail,which has reference significance for similar projects in the future.
