西南地区消化内镜专科护士职业韧性、职业生涯成功与职业倦怠的关系

摘　　要：目的调查西南地区消化内镜专科护士职业韧性、职业生涯成功与职业倦怠现状,分析职业韧性在消化内镜专科护士职业生涯成功与职业倦怠中的中介作用.方法采用便利抽样法,于2021年6-8月采用一般资料问卷、职业韧性量表、职业生涯成功量表和职业倦怠量表对西南地区314名消化内镜专科护士进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析.结果314名消化内镜专科护士职业韧性得分为(38.11±6.70)分,职业生涯成功得分为(36.76±6.70)分,职业倦怠得分为(68.68±8.33)分.职业韧性各维度得分及总分与职业生涯成功各维度得分及总分均呈正相关(r=0.482~0.886,均P<0.05);职业韧性与情感衰竭和去人格化维度均呈负相关(r=-0.495~-0.699,均P<0.05),与个人成就感呈正相关(r=0.304~0.444,均P<0.05);职业生涯成功与情感衰竭和去人格化均呈负相关(r=-0.456~-0.785,均P<0.05),与个人成就感呈正相关(r=0.269~0.489,均P<0.05).职业韧性在消化内镜专科护士职业生涯成功与职业倦怠之间有正向的中介作用,中介效应为-0.218,中介效应占总效应的46.19%.结论西南地区消化内镜专科护士职业倦怠处于中等水平,职业韧性在职业生涯成功对职业倦怠的影响中存在部分中介作用,提升职业韧性水平有助于提高其职业生涯成功,降低职业倦怠感.Objective To investigate the current situation of career resilience,career success and job burnout of specialist nurse of digestive endoscopy in Southwest China,analyze the mediating role of career resilience between the career success and job burnout of specialist nurse of digestive endoscopy. Methods The convenient sampling method was adopted. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 314 specialist nurse of digestive endoscopy in Southwest China by general information questionnaire,career resilience scale,career success scale and job burnout scale from June to August in 2021,and the data were analyzed.Results The score of career resilience,career success and job burnout among 314 specialist nurse of digestive endoscopy was(38.11±6.70),(36.76±6.70) and(68.68±8.33)points,respectively. The total score of career resilience and scores of all dimensions were positively correlated with the total score of career success and scores of all dimensions(r=0.482-0.886,all P<0.05). The career resilience was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization dimensions(r=-0.495--0.699,all P<0.05),and positively correlated with personal accomplishment(r=0.304-0.444,all P<0.05). The career success was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization(r=-0.456--0.785,all P<0.05),and positively correlated with personal accomplishment(r=0.269-0.489,all P<0.05). The career resilience has a positive mediating effect between the career success and job burnout in specialist nurse of digestive endoscopy,and the mediating effect was-0.218,accounting for 46.19% of the total effect. Conclusion The job burnout of nurses specializing in digestive endoscopy in Southwest China is at a moderate level,the career resilience has a partial mediating effect on the impact of career success on job burnout,and improving the level of career resilience helps to improve the career success and reduce job burnout.
