摘  要:系统研究了温度(30℃和20℃)与碳源类型(乙酸盐和丙酸盐)对A/O-SBR反应器生物除磷性能和污泥沉降性能的影响。结果表明,30℃条件下丙酸盐反应器较乙酸盐反应器呈现良好的除P性能,对应着前者的污泥TP质量分数、细菌细胞TP质量分数以及VSS质量浓度均高于较后者。温度由20℃增大为30℃,乙酸盐反应器中Ca.Accumulibacter的相对丰度明显降低(35.4%±2.5%vs.7.0%±0.4%),然而丙酸盐反应器中Ca. Accumulibacter的相对丰度增大(24.3%±0.9%vs.35.9%±3.1%)。LB-EPS和TB-EPS含量及其组分与污泥SVI值的相关性由大到小顺序为:TB-EPS蛋白质、TB-EPS质量分数、LB-EPS多糖、LB-EPS蛋白质、LB-EPS质量分数、TB-EPS多糖。这表明高温条件(≥20℃)下TB-EPS质量分数及其蛋白质质量分数是影响污泥沉降性能的关键因子。此外,TB-EPS质量分数及其蛋白质质量分数的增大不利于污泥沉降。The effects of temperature(30 ℃ and 20 ℃) and carbon source types(acetate and propionate) on the biological phosphorus removal performance and sludge settling performance of the A/O-SBR reactor were systematically studied. The results showed that the propionate reactor showed better P removal performance than the acetate reactor at 30 ℃, corresponding to the former’s sludge TP mass fraction, bacterial cell TP mass fraction and VSS mass concentration were higher than those of the latter. When the temperature increased from 20 ℃ to 30 ℃, the relative abundance of Accumulibacter in the acetate reactor decreased significantly(35.4%±2.5% vs.7.0%±0.4%),while the relative abundance of Accumulibacter in the propionate reactor increased(24.3%±0.9% vs. 35.9%±3.1%).The order of the correlation between the contents of LB-EPS and TB-EPS and their components and the SVI value of sludge was as follows: TB-EPS protein>TB-EPS mass fraction >LB-EPS polysaccharide>LB-EPS protein>LB-EPS mass fraction > TB-EPS polysaccharide, indicating that the TB-EPS mass fraction and its protein mass fraction were the key factors affecting the sludge settling performance under high temperature conditions(≥20 °C). In addition, the increase of TB-EPS mass fraction and its protein mass fraction was not conducive to sludge settling.
