摘 要:聚焦广西食品行业,运用碳排放系数法测算广西食品行业2016—2020年碳排放和碳排放强度指标,运用Tapio脱钩指标分析模型分析广西十三五期间食品行业碳排放总量与经济增长的关系。结果显示:2016—2020年广西食品行业碳排放呈上升趋势,年均增长7.0%;在四个子行业中,食品制造业和酒、饮料和精制茶制造都呈现先降低后升高的趋势,烟草制造业呈先升高后降低的态势。广西食品行业碳排放总量与经济增长之间整体呈负脱钩状态,其中2016—2017年为扩张性负脱钩状态,2017—2018年为强负脱钩状态,2018—2019年为弱负脱钩状态,2019—2020年为扩张性负脱钩状态。最后分析问题,提出减少广西食品行业碳排放的对策建议。In this paper,the carbon emission and carbon intensity of the food industry in Guangxi from 2016 to 2020 were measured using the carbon emission coefficient method,and the Tapio decoupling model was adopted to analyze the relationship between the total carbon emission of the industry and economic growth in 13th five years plan.The results showed that the carbon emission of Guangxi food industry showed an upward trend,with an average annual growth of 7.0%.Among the four sub industries,the food manufacturing industry and the manufacturing of wine,beverage and refined tea showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,while the tobacco manufacturing industry showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.This was a negative decoupling between the total carbon emission of the food industry and economic growth in Guangxi.The decoupling state between total carbon emission and economic growth was divided into four stages:expansionary negative decoupling during 2016—2017,strong negative decoupling 2017—2018,weak negative decoupling 2018—2019,and expansionary negative decoupling decoupling 2019—2020.Finally,it analyzed the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the carbon emission of food industry in Guangxi.
