摘 要:目的:利用污水检毒分析甲基苯丙胺浓度,探究毒品流量的日内变化规律。方法:选择一个代表性污水厂,每隔2小时采集一次进水样品,连续采集9天,分析甲基苯丙胺浓度和质量流量,同时测定氨氮浓度,计算人口波动。在此基础上,计算人均毒品滥用量。结果:污水厂服务人口出现一次中午高峰和凌晨低谷现象。而甲基苯丙胺浓度、质量流量和人均滥用量波动规律类似,呈现两次波峰和波谷现象,上午和夜晚高峰,凌晨和下午低谷,其中夜晚波峰和下午低谷持续时间较长。结论:甲基苯丙胺在2点到6点、10点到12点和18点到20点三个时间段内的滥用量与日内均值接近,表明在该时间段内采集样品可以替代24小时混合样品。本研究结果为污水检毒提供了一种更简便高效的采样方法。Objective:To analyze the concentration of methamphetamine through sewage and explore the daily variation of drug flow in municipal sewage.Methods:A representative wastewater treatment plant was selected for this study.Influent samples were collected every 2 h for 9 consecutive days to analyze the concentration and mass flow of methamphetamine.Concentration of ammonia nitrogen were measured to calculate population served by this plant and the per capita drug use was assessed.Results:There was a noon peak and a dawn trough in the service population of the sewage treatment plant.The fluctuations of methamphetamine concentration,mass flow and per capita abuse were similar,showing two peaks and troughs,with morning and night peaks and morning and afternoon troughs,with night peaks and afternoon troughs lasting longer.Conclusion:The consumption of methamphetamine in the three periods from 2 am to 6 am,10 am to 12 am,and 18pm to 20 pm is close to the daily consumption average,indicating that samples collected during this period can replace 24 h mixed samples.The results of this study provides a simpler and more efficient sampling method for sewage drug detection.
