摘 要:目的:探讨窝沟封闭术对预防儿童六龄齿发生龋病的临床效果。方法:选择2018年12月—2019年11月天津市妇女儿童保健中心行牙齿检查的350名儿童作为研究对象,按照是否行窝沟封闭术(PFS)分为对照组(未行PFS)和观察组(行PFS),每组各175例。随访6个月、12个月、24个月,比较两组患儿不同时间封闭剂保留情况和龋病发生率。结果:观察组随访6个月、12个月、24个月封闭剂脱落率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762、8.143、37.902,P<0.05)。观察组随访6个月、12个月、24个月龋病发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=35.220、51.665、34.908,P<0.05)。观察组随访12个月、24个月龋均情况低于对照组,随访12个月、24个月龋面均值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.735、14.531、5.858、16.253,P<0.05)。结论:PFS能有效预防儿童六龄齿发生龋病,值得推广使用。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of pit and fissure sealing on the prevention of caries in children’s sixthyear-old teeth. Methods: A total of 350 children who underwent dental examination at the center from December 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into control group(without PFS) and observation group(with PFS) according to whether they underwent pit and fissure sealing(PFS), with 175 cases in each group. Follow-up of 6 months, 12months, 24 months, the retention of sealant at different times and the incidence of caries between the two groups were compared.Results: The 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month follow-up rates of the sealant in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.762, 8.143, 37.902, P<0.05). The incidence of caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after 6 months, 12 months and 24 months of follow-up, and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=35.220, 51.665, 34.908, P<0.05). The caries in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 12 and 24 months of follow-up, and the mean caries surface in the 12-month and 24-month follow-up was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.735, 14.531, 5.858, 16.253, P<0.05). Conclusion: PFS can effectively prevent the occurrence of dental caries in children’s sixth-year-old teeth and is worthy of promotion.
