摘　　要：课程思政是近年来高等教育教学改革的理念创新和实践创新。它强调高校所有课程都有育人的功能,要守好一段渠、种好责任田;所有教师都有育人的职责,要深入挖掘课程蕴含的思政元素并有机融入教学,实现教书与育人的有机统一。加强组织领导、教育引导、专题辅导、关怀疏导、教育督导等,提升教师的课程思政意识和能力,是提高教师综合素质和教学水平的迫切需要,也是推进课程思政建设、落实高校立德树人根本任务的本质要求。Ideological and political education in various courses is a kind of idea innovation and practice innovation of higher education reform in recent years. It emphasizes all classes in colleges and universities have the function of educating people, so they should guard their own canals and plant their own fields well. All teachers have the responsibility to educate people, and thus they should deeply explore the ideological and political elements contained in various courses and organically integrate them into teaching so as to realize the organic unity of teaching and educating. To improve the consciousness and ability of teachers in ideological and political education can be carried out in ways of strengthening organizational leadership, educational guidance, special lectures, caring guidance, educational supervision, etc. This is an urgent need to upgrade the comprehensive qualities and teaching levels of teachers, an essential requirement to perform the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education, and also an important basis and necessary condition to promote the construction of ideological and political education in various courses.
