摘 要:文章验证氢氧燃料电池作为能源装置,在电机启动、加速、怠速、制动等不同运行工况下,供氢、供氧设备的远程自动稳压变流量供应情况。液氢、液氧通过合理匹配汽化器,使氢气与氧气的流量比保持2:1,满足氢氧燃料电池对介质流量的供应要求。氢氧供应设备与燃料电池整体撬装,由汽化器、缓冲罐、传感器、管道及阀门组成。地面试验采用液氢、液氧槽车模拟液氢、液氧贮罐提供低温介质,经汽化器汽化为常温气体,利用远程控制减压阀按照输出功率要求为燃料电池适应性供应氢气、氧气压力。通过100小时地面试验验证,氢氧燃料电池自动供应装置可以为氢氧燃料电池提供压力稳定、温度适宜的氢气、氧气。In the paper, the hydrogen and oxygen fuel cell as an energy device is verified under different operating conditions such as motor start, acceleration, idling, braking and so on. The flow ratio of hydrogen and oxygen can be kept at 2:1 by reasonably matching the liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen carburetor, which meets the requirement of medium flow supply for hydrogen and oxygen fuel cell. Hydrogen and oxygen supply equipment and fuel cell are integrated by carburetor, buffer tank, sensor,pipeline and valve composition. In the test, the liquid hydrogen and oxygen tank wagon were used to simulate the liquid hydrogen and oxygen storage tank to provide low-temperature medium, which were vaporized into normal temperature gas through the carburetor. The remote control pressure reducing valve was used to supply the hydrogen and oxygen which pressure fit for the fuel cell according to the output power requirements. The 100h ground test proves that the hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell automatic supply device can provide hydrogen and oxygen with stable pressure and suitable temperature for hydrogen oxygen fuel cell.
